Excellent dessert bon mais assez léger. Peut servir aussi comme crème pour des gâteaux faites maison.

Since I’m on full fluids for four weeks after bariatric surgery, I’m pretty limited in what I can have. If you’re in the same boat and avoiding sugar, this isn’t the best option as it is a full sugar pudding. It is, however, tasty and you can get 4g of protein per serving. I prefer this one to the vanilla kind which is not usually something I’d do as I like vanilla better. They did an amazing job on their chocolate pudding.

Very good taste, perfect to be consumed after lunch or for breakfast, too. Perfetto da gustare a fine pasto o a colazione. Il sapore è davvero buono, la consistenza un po' gelatinosa per i miei gusti. (In Italia Belsoy è Alpro)
