I had these in the freezer for a while so I decided to make some

Mac and cheese … #veganmacandcheese
I used a mix of the 1/2 full or less bags of various cheeses in my freezer .. turned out great … I did a bread crumb topping mixing bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt and pepper , and a small shake of mushroom seasoning.

I feel that the Mexican blend is the best option for quesadillas. It melts just

how is suppose to. Don’t know if it’s healthy, but just awesome option for the need of melting cheese.

Incorporated the daiya cheese into my refried beans for this meal. However, I frequently eat

this cheese for quesadillas, pizza, potato, tacos, etc. It is so tasty!

Vegan cheeze alternative at our taco bar. These shreds look the part, but were just

ok. Taste was not bad, but not great; texture was pretty coarse and didn’t melt well. I would try a different brand next time.

When eaten raw not so good, but melted with brocoli and other vegan ingredients it's

delicious. I just wish the price was at least on par with animal-based cheese.
