AWESOME flavor. Seriously tastes like real parmesan. I’m not a fan of the texture of the shreds at all (they’re like plastic) so I grind them up in my Nutribullet to make grated parm which I like sooo much better. Tastes great and even melts well! It doesn’t contain palm oil which is a big plus. It is made with coconut oil though, so if you’re staying away from oils this isn’t for you. Comparable to other coconut oil-based Parmesan. I recommend it!
My Omnivore family all really enjoy this cheese alternative! My dairy-free sister loved it especially! I personally never liked Parmesan before I went vegan, and I didn’t love the taste of this product, because it tasted just like what I remember Parmesan to. But that’s a good thing, and definitely a testament to how good of a vegan alternative it is! We’ve used it for several different dishes. Today we melted some on top of stuffed bell peppers!
