Cultured Vegan Farmhouse Cheddar Block

I usually love Miyoko’s products but I’m not loving the cheddar for some reason. The taste is pretty tangy. I will keep eating it but it isn’t my favorite “slice me off some of that cheedah!” #veganisnotscary

Taste’s and feel’s like the real thing when melted!

This is the first block of plant based cheese I’ve bought and I think it’s really good. It has a fairly strong flavor, which I like. It’s good with crackers or melted. I have noticed that all the plant based cheeses take longer to melt than dairy cheese. It just takes a bit of patience. I made a grilled cheese and kept the burner low so as not to burn the bread. I also covered the pan with the lid to hold in the heat. #veganisnotscary #vegancheese
