Was super hyped to try these #jackfruit #wings after finding them for £2 in Sainsbury’s . However I was very disappointed, flavour not so great and texture wise the jackfruit had gone kind of mushy. Maybe I cooked them badly

Would not personally buy this product again. I wasn't a fan of the meat texture (a bit mushy) I did like the idea of using a sugar cane as a bone
(Don’t mind the poor quality image I was in a rush) it has the texture and look of a chicken wing, the price is definitely throwing me off. Would I buy it again? On a special occasion. I think it’s ridiculous paying £4 for 4 pieces. Maybe in the future when it gains popularity, it’ll be more accessible for people of all financial situations but overall I love the sugar cane idea of the “bone”
Bha voilà! Il y à tout chez Sainsbury’s ! J’avais vu pour la première fois, la même version non veg au Japon et j’ai enfin trouvé! C’est du junk food bien sur ! mais au même temps , le Jack Fruit te rends moins coupable 😇 Again at Sainsbury’s 👍🏽 First time I saw this , i was i japan , but, of course i couldn’t try it cause it was made with meat.. Expensive for what it is. Tasted okay, quite subtle. Bought in Sainsburys.
