Cracked quiche Lorraine

Interesting to see a pairing of Crackd and This, both vegan brands challenging traditional views of animals . i dont think i’ve tried either brand before, so it’s quite the experience for me. I found the flavours a bit much for me, especially the lardons bits. The rest of the quiche lorraine was cheezy and eggy i suppose. Still, it’s well done, bursting with flavour: if you enjoy strong, intense flavours you might consider this. #veganquiche #quichelorraine #sansviandepasproblème #fauxmage #sansoeufs This was one of a few of Crackd’s No-egg quiche range. The others look pretty tasty too, i might give them a go as some point. Cracked also sell egg substitutes in a bottle. Fully vegan brand focused on removing the need to use eggs from chickens for cooking/baking.

Tbh this quiche has only one problem: it’s too small!! Delicious 😋

Did not disappoint! If you are looking for a quick, vegan quiche look no further. Consistency and taste as you would expect of a normal egg quiche, and the 'THIS' bacon lardons as standard tasted just how bacon would be. Only criticism was that I'd have loved for it to be in a bigger portion!! But not too bad with accompaniments for a lunch serving!

Loved this! It has a really good egg texture and I love the pastry and bacon bits. Yum!
