Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative Vanilla

This is a really good coconut milk yogurt. It's thick and creamy and has a nice light vanilla taste.

SoDelicious is my favorite tasting non-dairy yogurt. (it’s also the only brand that I find at stores in raspberry, which is my favorite.) Unfortunately, I recently discovered that it’s higher saturated fat content likely contributes to my taste preference, along with my high “bad fats” bloodwork. I can’t only blame the yogurt, of course. However, eating it daily, in addition to Ben & Jerry’s is what crosses my %DV over 100%. It’s just one of those non-dairy foods that I never thought could ever be bad for me.

My fave vegan yogurt… at least flavor. I love the vanilla yogurt with mix-ins even better. My non vegan fam members love these too!
