It's not one of the healthiest drinks but it suits perfectly for matcha latte. I also tried it with beetroot and cacao powder and it was good. Not my favourite but once in a while it's a good alternative to other plant based milks.

Light snack before bed... pineapple smoothie, made with frozen pineapple; aprol coconut mil; apple juice; and fresh mint. Plus an organic corn cake; peanut butter and blueberries. 😁
