I love koias! They're quick and delicious~ Easy to drink, and has awesome flavors. I don't know why my local 7-eleven took them off the shelf... Seems like they take away everything I like on purpose. They could be more affordable too...

This has been one of my top two flavors from the Koia protein shake line. As soon as it came out and I tried it, I was hooked. It reminds me a bit of a holiday egg nog with the cinnamon and almond milk, but it’s available year round. How cool is that?! I also love the fact that this is high protein (18g!) and fiber (7g!) per bottle. It really checks off all the major boxes. One 12-ounce (355mL) bottle provides 190 calories from 7g of fat, 13g of carbs (7g of fiber) and 18g of protein. I usually wait until these go on sale. Really nice drink with a creative flavor. Lots of fiber, lots of protein and not that much sugar. Would get again.

Recovering from a stomach bug and this hit the spot after not being able to eat for a few days. Such a delicious protein shake with a strong hint of cinnamon. It has a slightly powdery/chalky aftertaste but that wouldn’t prevent me from getting this again.
