Chorizo de seitan

Another Costa Rica review ‼️ This is a #seitan #chorizo that’s pretty good. It tastes good and the texture is good as well, I feel it’s a versatile product as you can use it for many different dishes. I used it to put on my pasta, to make wraps and even make a fried rice! We got it from La Jama Vegana, a great Costa Rican vegan company for like $8, it has 5 chorizos so I would say it’s good value. Package is simple because it’s a small company. This is a vegan version of chorizo made from seitan. I had never had seitan so I was a little hesitant to try it, but I really enjoyed these!! They had good flavor and I also liked the texture. They tasted really good with pasta and also we used in an Asian-style rice with veggies. To me it was better than expected. Like I've said in my previous reviews, this brand offers a wide variety of vegan products, most of them really really good, so yeah is a very vegan-friendly company. The package was better this time. Not suepr informative but at least the basic information and more attractive then the other products I had tried from them. We had it delivered to our house and it was like $6 and it had 5 chorizos, would buy again. #veganchorizo #chorizo #seitan

The best I’ve ever tried! They taste pretty good and I think a non vegan person couldn't tell the difference between this and a meat one
