This was #spicy and quite yummy. I liked the strong flavor and it's very filling as well. I didn't notice the next day my tummy was a little upset, I had gas and bloating. I'm not sure why exactly but it definitely could have been this as it's something new for me and I don't I often eat such processed food. This would definitely be good for tacos! #chorizo

This was a spicy chorizo. A small package for the price but good. I mixed with pasta sauce and veggies for a spaghetti supper.
When making vegan nachos or burritos, I usually use seitan, but the Whole Foods store I went to didn’t have any, so I bought this instead and I was delighted with it! It cooked up much moister and juicier than seitan plus it's made from pea protein and coconut oil which is probably better for me than the wheat gluten of seitan. Perfect for nachos and burritos.
