This is quite a lovely ice cream! – creamy and rich and very chocolate-y! The hint of salt diminishes the sweetness, which I like. There are bits of very good chocolate in the midst of the very dense chocolate ice cream base. It would be difficult to tell it’s not dairy. #abillionlove #ditchdairy
