Cherry pie slice

Such a tasty dessert. Full of rich, cherry filling. Can be eaten cold but is at its finest when served hot with vegan custard or ice cream

This was okay. I had it cold, not sure how it would turn out warm, maybe better but the pastry was very hard and not puffy/flakey at all. The cherry filling was solely cherry jam, with about 1 and a half of a cherry, definitely not as pictured 🤣 Also very pricey for such a small slice. SO GOOD! I warmed this up and put ice cream. It’s full of gorgeous cherry filling!

Tasty, not too sweet, & (to my taste) a very nice bitter cherry hit. Very adequately filled with the 'gloop' - so it was nice but not too messy to eat on the go. I think it would have been better re-heated, but I was on the go. #veganisnotscary
