i like my #cheese in block form so i can decide to slice or shred it. this has a nice flavor and melted well for #nachos it was also good in sandwiches and on crackers. no complaints. minimal packaging. #ditchdairy #vegancheese #cheddar

I will probably never understand the English obsession with cheddar cheese - one of the more artificial tasting cheeses on the planet. I always found them rather rubbery. However, it melts well, also the vegan version, and I am slowly warming to it more, though I find it generally lacks depth and will probably never become my go-to once Those Vegan Cowboys release their cheesy magic onto the market. Yet lots of people want cheddar cheese and this is a great option for that!
