I make my guacomele using some sour yogurt component, roasted tomatillo salsa, Daiya cheddar, red onion, garlic powder and salt, and boy, is it good. I eat it for dinner about 3 night a week.
Love how this shredded cheese tastes and melts just like actual cheese. You can serve this to anyone and they wouldn’t know the difference.
