Cashew Cookie Bar

this Cashew Cookie wasn’t my absolute favorite Lara Bar but it is one of the flavors with the least ingredients too so really how life-changing can dates and cashews be. the taste is okay and it’s still a great snack to keep on hand, but i'd choose one of the other kinds next time. 🌰

Tasty, convenient and satisfies my #sweettooth. Smoother texture than most other Larabars. Not that cookie-like though, definitely #healthy.

Made with only two ingredients: cashews & dates! Pretty good but definitely sweet due to the dates. Nice little snack bar but I tend to prefer bars with a little more in them, like oats. It’s also just a small size in general so not as satisfying for me however they aren’t bad and are perfect for many occasions!
