Meh. It’s more tangy than smoky, which was disappointing. It’s not horrible, by any means, I’ve just had better (Siete’s version, to be specific).

The flavor was unexpected, but not bad. Not very "cheesy" but still tasty and smoky. I'd recommend trying it if you're interested in a new dip option, but this isn't going to become a pantry staple for me.
A staple in my pantry right here. Great depth of rich cheddar flavor with a smoky undertone that makes delicious mac n' cheese. I've also used this cheese sauce to make scrumptious nachos (not pictured). Going to try on pizza next. Gluten-free. 3g of protein per 1/4 cup. Purchased at #thrivemarket for around $7 per 11oz jar. #veganisnotscary
