This stuff is interesting. It’s made from avocado oil and that’s the first ingredient. I think the frozen oil base gives it less of a smooth creamy texture than other ice creams. It’s not bad but I wasn’t totally convinced that avocado oil ice cream is the way to go! #veganisnotscary

This is a great basic vanilla ice cream. I wouldn’t get it again because it’s kinda expensive. Creamy and tasty, but not good enough for repurchase. The texture is on point, so maybe I’ll try other flavors.
