I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. It's perfect for summer salads, it's perfect as an alternative to "cous cous" salads, it's fresh, it's healthy, it's super easy to make. Its texture is similar to that of Farro (for my Italian friends).

Cooks easily and can be eaten with pretty much anything. Tasty and healthy too!
