So last night i made Seitan Tortas!
First time making seitan since i found vital wheat
gluten at my store and i’m amazed at how easy it was!

Makes a chewy meat like texture known as... SEITAN. Not to be confused with a
similar sounding less likeable fellow. To make seitan, mix vital wheat gluten with spices and then add water to make a dough. #jaan

I make a meat substitute for my dad since he went vegan, I add beans
