Vegan Burger

My first impression of the taste wasn't very good. I ate it by itself and

it had a strange taste. The 2nd patty I had as part of a burger though and that changed it completely!
It's juicy, has a good texture and tastes much better when combined with everything else.

Good taste, It could be more seasoned and spiced, but this my particular preference.

The burger is well seasoned, but has a rather soft consistency despite being prepared on

the grill. If you only eat the patty, the taste is not so convincing, but on a real burger with a bun, salad and sauce, it tastes great. We had it as a sandwich with spelt toast, aioli, marinated grilled pac choi and BBQ sauce. Very tasty in this combination.
