💃🏻The cake looks so dainty, I feel like... I'm not dressed up enough for it. Haha. 🔲The cake has multiple details that's quite amazing. The piping of petals, with the Yuzu center. When you cut through, there's layers of sesame mouse and Yuzu Cake. 🍊Taste wise, it's quite an intriguing combination I thought I would see in Japan. But I guess a person's life experience can result in interesting outcomes! 🌟If I had a wish... Moist and fluffy black sesame sponge cake, layered with black sesame chantilly cream and bright tangy yuzu curd, finished off with edible silver flakes! 🧁🖤🍋 The fragrant black sesame flavour was lightly sweet with nutty toasty earthy notes; not too intensely bitter.
