Jackfruit Yellow Thai Curry

C’est un sans faute pour tout les versions Jackfruit de cette marque, moi j’ajoute toujours

un peut de crème de coco pour en manger avec du riz, trop bon!
Everything with Jackfruit is perfect with this brand. I always add some coconut cream to eat it with rice, so good!!

Anyone also a hardcore fan of Trader Joe’s jackfruit curry? I found this on Redmart

hoping it’d be a similar sub as I’m missing Trader Joe’s too much!Unfortunately this is not the same but oh well!! 🙈It’s still nice and I do like their jackfruit pieces and that it’s a lot of organic ingredients. Its soaked in quite a lot of oil tho. I added eggplant and carrots to it, with a side of veggie slaw and rice👍
