My husband loves these sausages, but he also liked and misses the taste of meat. Because I never really liked meat, this is a bit too meat-like for me. Especially with the fake casing they use to make it more realistic; it just grosses me out 🤢 However, I am glad that they are able to make something that will potentially sway meat eaters to include more plant based options! In addition, it is a good source of #protein at 16g per link, yet contains less #saturatedfat than meat. The hot Italian flavor is spot on, though again it's not really my thing, but my husband loves it.
