I like to use this in chili and combine it with lentils to give it
good texture. When I cook it in the pan, it’s almost too meat-like — which can be good or bad, depending on how you feel.

Recently at whole foods this product was on sale and thereby cheaper than cow flesh

US Review 🇺🇸 My omnivore father bought this for us to make plant based meat
balls. It’s his go to vegan 🌱 friendly dish apparently and boy was it tasty! He mixes it with herbs and applesauce to hold it together. We should take it as a win that he makes this and will eat it too. 🙌 #plantbasedmeat #noreasonnottobevegan #glutenfree
