Buona bevanda vegetale, la uso per le preparazioni dolci, torte, pancake e porridge. È un po' dolciastra quindi non mi piace troppo da bere
Gusto leggero quindi perfetto anche come dissetante estivo. Io lo bevo la mattina a colazione con il caffè e lo trovo molto buono. Ha pochissime calorie ma non è addizionato con vitamine o calcio.
Ottima nei frullati, oppure da bere fredda con una goccia di caffè.
