I’ve eaten quite a few fake fish products recently and initially thought they were a good alternative but I’m not so sure now. The batter is ok but the fish I’m not so sure - a bit tasteless and texture also a bit disappointing. Again, as with a number of these products, they need added flavour such as vinegar and/ or ketchup Maybe I’m being a bit harsh and expecting too much as I would probably buy again just for the convenience

There are plenty of fish alternatives now available to vegans and the Plant Kitchen range offers plenty of excellent varieties. I really enjoyed This works as part of a fish, chips and mushy peas traditional dinner with lots of vinegar and ketchup. I would buy again, in fact, I already have !! Not too bad price wise Well done Marks and Spencer

It tasted nice but there could have been more effort to make the texture better (Standards are high since tasting vegan fish cake in Brockley’s Rock - which is super realistic and tasty)
