I love, love, love a good pesto. This #basil and #lemon pesto from Pesto Princess is a good and delicious pesto and I am always happy to find it. The deep green colour of basil always makes any dish looks beautiful and inviting. Basil just smells great. I have used Basil pesto on pizza bases, roasted veggies but most of the times for my favorite quick and easy spaghetti dinner. I always buy this wherever I can find it. My recipe #veganrecipes Dash of olive oil, really just a little 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 Cloves of Garlic minced 10 - 15 Baby tomatoes cut in half Cooked spaghetti (300 - 400 g dry) Pesto princess basil pesto, bottle. Vegan parmasan optional Salt & Pepper to taste Pan fry baby tomatoes until blistered in a little oil. Add garlic and lemon juice. Add pesto and let it heat up. Add spaghetti and mix through. Let it stand for a few minutes for the spaghetti to absorb the flavours and sauce. Grate vegan parmasan over if you prefer.
