🇲🇽 Es sub lingual por lo que se absorbe mucho mejor que las cápsulas, basta con aplicar lo del gotero que viene incluido una vez a la semana. Lo llevo usando desde hace un año y lo volvería a comprar, el sabor no es desagradable. 🇺🇸 Tthe supplement is sublingual so is better absorbed by the body than pills, for consumption is enough with the entire dropper that is included once a week. I’ve been using it for a year and would buy it again, the taste is not unpleasant.
