Not everyone has to take this vitamin but I bought it for now just to try them. They didn't taste bad to me, it's kind of a fruity flavor. I didn't know you're supposed to chew them or let them disolve in your mouth, but I don't think that'll be too hard. You can probably find them cheaper in the US, in CR I got them for approximately 20 dollars.

These B12’s are 5,000IU and the label says to consult a Dr if you’re taking them for longer than 4 months… I didn’t notice that until after purchasing them so I’ll use these and then switch to one that I can take daily.

Eu estava com a minha b12 completamente baixa, fui negligente em não suplementar por anos, fui com uma nutricionista e comprei essa b12 sublingual que nem parece remédio, dissolve na boca e tem gosto de bom-bom de tuti-frutti!
