Ceylon is the king of cinnamons when it comes to health value. What a lot
of people dont know about cinnamon is it's a nutrient absorption helper. I put it on not only my oatmeal and breakfast sandwich, also my high protein workout shakes.

I encourage you to check around your region for a wholesale food distributor that wipes out a store as middle man, just goes to a community dropoff spot where buyers meet to pick up their order. The less than 2oz bottle $5-6 was slightly less than half the price of the 1 lb bag $13. It's about 10x more cinnamon, should last me a year easy. Both #organic , though granted idk if the bag is fair trade, and it's #deathbyplastic. Check other grocery options than the store, you may save a ton of money.
