Very nice! Authentic, slightly sour flavour but a bit of a grain-like texture? Still really good and perfect for seedy bread.

A good cream cheese alternative. Taste and texture wise, it's pretty good, but I'd recommend trying Violife's Creamy instead; having tried both back to back, I can safely say Violife's is quite a bit better :)

Gad it with my homemade arepa so deliciously creamy and simple.
