The perfect patty for a Whole Foods plant-based vegan or someone who wants to have burgers with their friends and fam but isn’t into mock meat. I put this on English muffins and added roasted red pepper hummus. It tasted very healthy. Would probably add mushroom umami powder next time to give it more oomph. #veganisnotscary
Discovered this veggie burger at #misfitsmarket for around $5 for two patties. Both patties are about the thickness of Beyond Meat. The flavor is odd at first if not accustomed to eating veggie burgers, with a strong broccoli taste that I noticed immidiately due to being my least favorite veggie. However, the taste grows in each bite. I love how satisfying just one burger is. The last picture is of the final cooked version. I used very little sunflower oil and cooked each patty for five minutes per side, including adding a slice of #chao cheese ontop the patties around three minutes left of cooking. 7g of protein and 7g of fiber in each patty. Packed with vitamins too. Both my spouse and I agreed this is the best veggie burger that we have yet to try. #veganisnotscary
