Our story probably began a little something like yours. It was 1964, and our grandfather, Max Torres, worked at a local, neighborhood natural foods store. He started to become more aware of his body and his health, and very passionate about understanding the intricacies of food. He began to study how foods, when paired with an understanding of one’s own body, can truly uplift, relieve and fulfill one with strength and energy.

I love ❤️ Ezekiel bread by Food For Life!! I usually get the low sodium products but I was so craving an English muffin this day since it’s been a minute since I had one! Toasted nicely with crispy edges and a soft center. Nooks and crannies to absorb all the yummy 🌱plant based cream cheese and pumpkin 🎃 pie Bitchin Sauce I shmeared all over the halves! I’m so getting these again! I wish they came in low sodium, maybe someday! This was our first time trying this brand. Oil free! And see the V? These are a little heavy but may be better toasted. However, very filling

I enjoy making breakfast muffins with these with vegan egg and sausage. No sugar and saturated fat, low sodium, and good source of fiber among other nutrients. #VeganIsNotScary
