A pretty good brioche bun. Soft with a nice smooth taste and texture. A little on the expensive side compared to just normal buns/batches (yes it's a batch!!) but nice for a treat.
Who needs ALDIs brioche buns?! 🍔These do the job, but unfortunately they have some additives making them less than ideal on Yuka. They are sliced already most of the way through but then started to fall apart when I tried to split them fully. I was so surprised to see this four pack of clearly labelled vegan brioche buns! The companies are learning. These smelled amazing when I opened the park. I pan fried them a little but really I should have left them on longer. They were pretty good but not as good as Aldi’s. Maybe my second attempt at pan frying them will yield better results.
