Volcano Lava

I don’t usually go for mayo-based sushi, but this volcano lava roll from Sauté Sushi won me over. The sauce had just the right amount of spice and didn’t feel too heavy. The crispy topping added a fun crunch and the whole thing came together beautifully.

Mouth-wateringly delicious!!! The rolls are so chunky, the sauce is delicious! The crunch of the fried onions and the busting flavours makes it a no-brainer that this is one of their best sellers. And I absolutely love the concept of this restaurant - so fun with the trains, can’t wait to go back.

I really love this dish. Though, today, it wasn’t as spicy as it usually is. But it was still fine. I almost always order this when I go there. The crunchy bits are a real treat as well.
