Veggs Benedict

My first time at Cafe Vie and first vegan eggs bennie! Overall enjoyed it a lot. Croissant was brilliant, but the smoked “salmon” and sauce were both a little too salty for my tastes. Nevertheless would recommend trying.

SERIOUSLY AMAZING 🙏🏼 Cafe Vie’s famous take on eggs benny features tofu scramble, “bacon” (or “salmon”), Hollandaise sauce and baby spinach on a perfectly flaky toasted croissant. Beautifully presented, beautiful flavours, large portion size and well priced at $18. One of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time 👌🏼 #veganisnotscary
