Vegetarian Fresh Rolls

FRESH ROLLS!!! Can I just eat these every day for the rest of my life, I would be so happy. Really though these were great, with thick vermicelli noodles which I loved and big pieces of tofu.

Maybe the best fresh rolls I’ve ever had! I ate more than half the tray in one sitting!
