This was the second #veganpizza we ordered from Fibonacci's located inside Studio 35 in Clintonville (Columbus. Ohio) Basically a "build your own," the You-Do-You starts with a sauce and cheese base and you pick your plants and "meats." We had to substitute vegan cheese for the extra $1.
This was really cool because Fibonacci's also partners with another #local #vegan business Pierogi Mountain for their vegan meats. The vegan half of Pierogi Mountain is run by Charlie who also donates to @sunrisesanctuary and is a super cool guy. His wife is also with Patty Cake, Columbus' first vegan bakery. We really have an awesome little interconnected community, here! It was awesome to support two local vegan friendly businesses at once.
We chose both the vegan house made meatballs and the Pierogi Mountain Keilbasa. They both had loads of flavor with a little bit of of spicy kick, especially the Kielbasa. We also added mushrooms and vegan cheese. The final price was about $18.
Of course this isn't the healthiest of options, but it does have a good amount of protein! Aesthetically, I'd say it's a good looking pizza as well. I would definitely recommend, especially for a date night! It's such a fun place with such a positive and upbeat vibe. Being a local and #smallbusiness it's very warm and friendly and everyone is so nice!
