Vegan Version Of The Avo Toast

Honestly, this exceeded my expectations. Flavour and texture were great. There could have been slightly more crunch, but it really was better than I imagined. Wow. Good job. Only complaint is there are no yummy vegan sweet treats on the bakery table.
