Vegan Ramen

This was quite tasty, just right for a light lunch, at a good price. The only downside was that it was served with a disposal plastic spoon.

In Japanese, this dish is called かんそば (kan soba). The broth was salty so I assume the soup base is salt. If you’re looking for a light meal without strong flavours, then this is a good choice.
