Vegan Quesadilla

I liked this soooo much. I don’t know how they got the outside so crispy but it was amazing!! The cheese didn’t melt super well but that’s okay! It had tofu scramble and light life sausage inside. I wasn’t a fan of the salsa but the guacamole was good!

This quesadilla was flavorful and filling. It has tofu scramble, vegan sausage and vegan cheese and comes with guac, salsa and a chipotle sauce as well!
