Vegan Oat Crunchies

I used to always make crunchies but this is the first time that I had a vegan one and I’m sure there are better tasting vegan crunchies out there?

I really enjoyed the crunchies, good texture, with a nice balance of sweetness! Loved having more than one vegan option!🌱
