Vegan Moussaka with Red Lentils

Avevo altissime aspettative, sulla carta, pensavo, fosse un piatto perfetto: patate, lenticchie e melanzane, come può un piatto con questi tre elementi non piacere? E invece... non mi è piaciuto per niente, non per l'abbinamento, ma per la presenza della cannella. Pensavo che in cucina la avessero aggiunta per sbaglio, ne ero convinta perché era un elemento che stonava troppo per i miei gusti, ma andando a cercare su internet, ho scoperto che è presente anche nella ricetta tradizionale. Sono rimasta delusa.

Another one traditional Greek food, moussakas! Really nice. A bit expensive at 9,80€

I loved this! The flavours were rich and moorish. The serving was massive. The addition of the sides was really nice.

It was the best vegan moussaka I had so far! The taste was exactly like I remembered a moussaka from the past when I was on vacation in Greece. It was served really quick, fresh and just delicious! Would recommend 100%! 10/10! Can’t wait to come back one day.
