Vegan meal On singapore airlines (Tamatoe Based Vegetables + Rice)

An excellent meal served on a Singapore Airways flight. Pure Vegan from starter, main and desert. Very well presented, nutritious and filling. Well done to the crew and the cooks. Must say I am getting more impressed with airplane preordered meals.
