Vegan Mango Salad (Seasonal)

Such a fresh, delicious salad. The fluffy tofu is a great addition. Shredded mango, red onion, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, tossed in a tangy vinaigrette sauce. Topped with fried Tofu, roasted peanuts and fresh cilantro.
