Vegan jajjangmyeon

One of their vegan options for their lunch deal at $9.90! This jajangmyeon was good! Loads of vegetables provided in the dish as well as their ban chan (sides). Huge portion. I feel that the taste was adjusted a little to suit the Singaporean palate but still a decent bowl of jajangmyeon. Was looking through their ala carte menu and they have quite a number of vegan options. Including a vegan BBQ! 😱 #veganisnotscary

This dish came in a big portion! The texture of the noodles was special and tasted good with the sauce which is not too thick 😋

The dish was just announced on their IG so its not on their physical vegetarian menu yet, but the waiter was informed about it so no worries. The dish was served cold, the meat bits tasted like soy/luncheon and was mildly warm. I think the dish tastes quite mild and a bit watery. Dish does not contain alliums. They have a separate set of sides for vegetarian dishes, so the kimchi doesn't contain any anchovies too. The sides are very generous and a nice addition to the mild dish. I wouldn't eat this again, will stick to my instant paldo jajjangmyeon, but I'll still visit the restaurant and try their other vegan dishes since the location is quite convenient.
