Vegan gyoza

Deep-fried gyoza dumplings with vegetable filling, served with yuzu-wasabi-tofu mayonnaise. Yummy, this was super tasty!😍 I also ate a Cream Daifuku Matcha as a dessert, with soy custard. 😎
