Vegan gumbo

I’ve never seen vegan gumbo in a restaurant before so was excited to try this! I found the flavour to be closer to red beans & rice, but I like that too so no issue for me. I would have it again. An omni I was dining with also ordered this and liked it as well. Love how many vegan options are at this restaurant! #vegangumbo #soup #houstonvegan

Nice texture with kidney beans and what I think is cauliflower rice on top. Creative presentation and good all around. Pic is next to the Quinoa burger!
