Vegan Ginger Beef

This tastes the most like traditional ginger beef of any vegan dish I’ve tasted. We got it with rice. Beautiful presentation, but as usual I forgot to take a pic before starting. They have a really big vegan selection. Definitely recommend this place and dish.

This is a take out version so the sauce was on the side (which is good news for me because I found it very salty). The ginger taste is strong but not too overpowering. The price is $15.
